We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep domain knowledge in Capital Markets and Investment Products to join a high-impact Business Transformation team within Wealth Management.

This is a strategic, cross-functional role where you'll lead complex change initiatives focused on trade lifecycle systems, investment product workflows, and order management platforms . If you have a strong understanding of capital markets, paired with experience driving digital and operational transformation—this role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of front-office platforms.

What You'll Do

Business Analysis & Transformation :

• Drive business requirements and reengineering initiatives across Capital Markets investment product platforms .
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, process flows, and target operating models .
• Lead gap analysis and process optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders from Front Office, Risk, Treasury, Product Control, and Compliance to align initiatives with strategic goals.
• Support program managers with project tracking, risk resolution, and executive-level reporting.
