Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum master / Product Owner with a focus on HVAC systems, specifically Chillers, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience as a Product Owner and a deep understanding of Safe Agile methodologies. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of innovative HVAC solutions.

Job Location : Mumbai / Pune

Key Responsibilities :

Product Vision : Collaborate with stakeholders to define and communicate the vision for HVAC products, with a specific emphasis on Chillers.

Safe Agile Implementation : Utilize Safe Agile principles to guide the development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

Feature Prioritization : Work closely with development teams to prioritize features and functionalities, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.

User Story Creation : Develop clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items to effectively convey requirements to development teams.

Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring a shared understanding of product goals and priorities.

Release Planning : Contribute to release planning, sprint planning, and reviews to facilitate the successful delivery of product increments.

Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and implementation.

Quality Assurance : Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the delivered product meets defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4 to 8 years of experience as a Product Owner in HVAC, with a focus on Chillers.
• Certification in Safe Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and the chiller market.
• Experience working with cross-functional development teams.
• Proven ability to prioritize features based on business value and customer impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives is a plus.
