Job Responsibilities
Search Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan, launch, and manage high-performing Google Search Ads campaigns tailored to the Indian market.
- Develop localized keyword strategies, ad copy, and bidding structures to target adult users while ensuring compliance.
- Monitor Quality Score, CPC trends, and Search Impression Share to optimize visibility and cost efficiency.
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Track and analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CVR, ROAS, CPA) using Google Ads Manager and Google Analytics.Implement A / B testing for headlines, descriptions, sitelinks, and landing pages.Continuously refine audience targeting, device preferences, and ad schedules based on data insights.Compliance & Ad Policy Management
Ensure all ad content and targeting strategies adhere to Google’s policies and India-specific advertising regulations, especially age-gated restrictions in the e-vapor category.Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to adapt language, disclaimers, and placements appropriately.Market Insights & Competitive Research
Stay up-to-date with India’s search behavior trends, category-related keyword changes, and competitors' search activity.Identify growth opportunities through new keywords, regional campaigns, and branded / non-branded strategies.Collaboration
Work closely with product marketing, SEO, content, and design teams to align paid and organic strategies.Report weekly on spend, performance, and actionable insights to both local and global stakeholders.What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field2–4 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, ideally in consumer products, FMCG, or tech sectorsGoogle Ads Certification strongly preferredKey Skills
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Keyword Planner, and Google AnalyticsStrong understanding of keyword intent, quality score, and ad ranking logicData-driven mindset with strong Excel / Sheets skills for reportingFamiliarity with regional nuances in Indian consumer search behaviorPersonal Traits
