Lead Google Ads Strategy at Uniqlo

We’re looking for a strategic leader with deep expertise in Google Ads and proven experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns. If you’ve successfully led high-budget ad operations and are ready to make a big impact, this role is for you.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across Google platforms ( Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, etc .). You’ll be directly managing a monthly ad budget of 2 to 5 billion VND , ensuring campaigns are optimized for performance, efficiency, and measurable growth.

You’ll work closely with product, content, and creative teams to align messaging and objectives. As a leader, you’ll guide the paid media team and oversee the success of all Google Ads initiatives.

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Google Ads . You should have a sharp strategic mindset, excellent analytical skills, and a hands-on approach. Experience in eCommerce, retail, or FMCG is a strong plus.
