The Role
As a Scheduling Officer , you’ll be responsible for rostering a team of support workers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of aged care services in the community. You’ll work closely with clients, families, and internal teams to align shifts with consumer preferences and workforce capacity, while maintaining compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant industrial awards.
Your ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and communicate effectively will be essential in maintaining a high-quality, person-centred service.
