Hiring MBA HR Fresher

Reborn Skin & Hair Clinic is a leading aesthetic dermatology clinic , offering advanced skin and hair treatments. We are looking for a dynamic and proactive MBA HR Fresher to join our HR team and support recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment : Assist in sourcing, screening, recruiting and onboarding candidates for various roles.

Employee Engagement : Plan and execute employee engagement activities to enhance workplace culture.

HR Operations : Handle documentation, maintain employee records, and support HR policies implementation.

Performance Management : Assist in tracking employee performance and coordinating appraisals.

Payroll & Attendance Management : Support payroll processing and ensure accurate attendance tracking.

Training & Development : Coordinate training programs for employee skill enhancement.

HR Compliance & Policies : Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace regulations, and company policies.

Grievance Handling & Employee Relations : Address employee concerns professionally and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications :

Education : MBA in Human Resources or related field.

Experience : Freshers or up to 1 year of HR experience preferred.
