Job Overview :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Infrastructure and Network Operations Engineer to join our global IT team. This role combines deep technical knowledge in both network engineering and systems infrastructure , supporting a high-availability environment across data centers, cloud platforms, and enterprise networks. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, global team.

Key Responsibilities :

Network Responsibilities

• Plan, design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Configure and manage firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco), routers, switches, and SD-WAN solutions.
• Perform proactive monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning of WAN / LAN / MPLS / SDWAN environments.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues across locations.
• Define and maintain network policies, security rules, and documentation.
• Work on routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and OSI layers.
• Utilize tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, SYSLOG servers, SNMP, and Wireshark for network analysis.
• Manage network redundancy, high availability, and SLA compliance.
• Coordinate emergency response during outages or critical failures.
