Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator – Strategic Operations , you'll support senior leadership while gaining hands-on exposure across key business areas. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for learning about digital technology consulting and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize calendars, meeting schedules, and logistics for the leadership team.
- Coordinate travel plans, expense reports, and event facilitation.
- Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and internal memos.
- Capture meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Help plan internal events, workshops, and client-facing sessions.
- Maintain confidential information and streamline communication across teams.
Your Profile
Graduate in any discipline, with a keen interest in digital technology, consulting, or marketing tech.Strong organisation, attention to detail, and time-management (~prioritisation) skills.Excellent verbal and written communication.Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office.Proactive problem-solver with curiosity and a “get things done” mindset.Professional, collaborative attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?
