What we’re looking for :
We’re hiring a Remote Google Ads Manager to lead, execute, and optimize powerful ad campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
This role requires someone with deep hands-on experience in conversion-driven Google Ads strategy, strong analytics skills, and a proactive mindset. You should be self-sufficient and capable of running high-level campaigns from start to finish—with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various industries.
- Perform thorough keyword research and audience targeting.
- Write clear, high-converting ad copy for search, display, and YouTube.
- Manage bidding strategies, budgets, and ad extensions for maximum ROI.
- Conduct A / B testing and implement data-driven adjustments.
- Provide insightful reports and analysis to internal teams and clients.
- Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
Qualifications :
Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with trackable results.Expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and scaling strategies.Strong analytical skills and deep familiarity with metrics like CTR, ROAS, and CPL.Clear understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, and tag setup.Excellent communication skills—both written and visual.Self-directed, reliable, and proactive problem-solver.Salary & Benefits :
