Job Summary :

We are looking for a results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager with hands-on experience in bulk / volume hiring and offer management to join our robust talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment across multiple functions and overseeing the complete offer process lifecycle to ensure seamless candidate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute bulk / volume hiring drives for frontline, junior, and mid-level positions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and build hiring strategies accordingly.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Own and streamline the offer management process : salary negotiation, offer letter generation, documentation, and pre-onboarding engagement.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations during the hiring and offer process.
• Analyze hiring metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.) and implement process improvements.
• Provide timely reports and dashboards to senior management on hiring status and offer conversion.
• Maintain data on regular basis
