We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our team at TECH EHS Solution. This full-time position is based in Surat and involves actively managing recruitment processes to find top talent. The ideal candidate will engage in end-to-end recruitment activities and play a pivotal role in aligning talent acquisition strategies with business goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in recruiting with the ability to handle various hiring needs effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Strong talent acquisition skills, demonstrating an ability to attract, identify, and engage top talent.
• Experience in executing end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying needs to onboarding new hires.
• Proficiency in hiring strategies, with a focus on sourcing and selecting the best candidates for specialized roles.
• Strong ability in talent sourcing through various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
• Proactive approach in identifying recruitment challenges and providing effective solutions to overcome them.
