Job Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing solutions across multiple technologies ,including Java, React, Node.js, and Angular. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a professional, presentable personality. This role requires strong leadership, architectural expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and high-performing technical architectures.
Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and ensure adherence to best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Define architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for Java, React, Node.js, and Angular applications.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions for business challenges.
Conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards, and optimize application performance.
Drive cloud adoption strategies and microservices architecture implementation.
Mentor and guide development teams in adopting modern frameworks and methodologies.
Engage in technical discussions and present architectural recommendations to stakeholders.
Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on architecture and design.

Expertise in Java, React, Node.js, and Angular with hands-on experience in full-stack development.

Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Experience with DevOps, CI / CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native development.

Solid understanding of design patterns, software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Familiarity with modern front-end and back-end frameworks, security best practices, and performance optimization.
