Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological framework of our organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives. This position will be based in Bangalore, India, and Oman, offering a unique opportunity to work in diverse and dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architecture Development : Design, develop, and implement holistic enterprise architectures across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Strategic Alignment : Ensure that IT strategies and architectures are aligned with business objectives and corporate goals.
• Technology Roadmap : Create and maintain a roadmap for enterprise systems, ensuring scalability, sustainability, and innovation.
• Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders, including senior management, IT teams, and business units, to identify needs and opportunities.
• Governance : Establish and enforce architectural standards, policies, and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality.
• Risk Management : Identify and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
• Project Oversight : Provide technical leadership and oversight for large-scale IT projects and initiatives.
• Innovation : Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends, assessing their potential impact on the Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and system integration.
• Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications : Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman, or other architectural frameworks are highly desirable.
• Technical Expertise : Proficiency in cloud computing, data architecture, microservices, and emerging technologies.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
