Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations with a strong focus on inventory planning, forecasting, procurement, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the packaging industry, particularly in small-scale production environments, and a deep understanding of end-to-end production and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Management

• Plan daily equipment, material, and manpower requirements to meet production targets.
• Establish and optimize plant layout and production process flows.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency by reducing waste and rejection rates.
• Convert raw materials into semi-finished goods using mechanical processes (e.g., sawing, hotwire cutting).
• Assemble products using manual methods such as gluing and screwing.
• Organize and prioritize production orders, schedule workforce accordingly, and ensure timely output.
• Track material shortages and resolve issues affecting customer orders promptly.
• Implement production enhancements to improve quality and cost-effectiveness.
