Job Requirement Job Summary :

This role will be responsible for planning, coordination & execution of fabrication process of the plant. The role involves managing the fabrication team, achieving the production deadline & ensuring high quality output.

This individual should be well-versed with all major steel fabrication operations to further develop company's present capabilities, being familiar with all aspects of steel fabrication factory management including manpower & material planning, process optimization and adoption of industry best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Fabrication process management, planning & execution.
• Manage the overall steel fabrication operations at the factory by offering technical and commercial leadership to perform as a Profit Centre.
• Propose improvement for enhancing current production processes, controlling wastes, minimizing reworks & defects, and maintaining high quality standards as demanded by the clients.
• Minimum downtime in the fabrication process.
