Role : Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences through thoughtful research, innovative design, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead design initiatives that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• User Research : Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping : Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design Systems : Create and maintain cohesive design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
• Accessibility : Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to ensure inclusive designs.
• Usability Testing : Plan and execute usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs to improve user experiences.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
