Senior Role - Business Data Analysis - Retail Banking Domain

Position : Business Data Analysis

Location : Costa Rica, ( Central America)

Relocation : Visa By Company and accommodation by company for 1or 2 months.

Domain - Strong Retail banking experience / Banking Domain

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering validating communicating and coordinating requirements for Retail Corporate Banking Products

Certificate : lIBA Agile Analysis Certification

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with key stakeholders to gather requirements analyse finalize and receive formal sign off's from approvers
• Translate requirements into Business Requirement Document Functional Requirement Document and Minor Development Document
• Facilitate and drive project meetings with both business and technology teams
• Analyze data to ensure data quality and accurate calculation results
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with business user community and QA teams
• Work collaborate and coordinate with Offshore and Onsite team members to fulfill the BA responsibilities from project initiation to post implementation
• Perform business and data analysis in development of requirements and in ongoing support of production applications
• Minimum 10 years of Business Data Analysis experience
• Experience as a Techno Functional Analyst or similar role
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies including Agile Waterfall and
• Good understanding of regulatory guidelines under CCAR Base III III and other Regulatory Reporting
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect organize analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of Retail wholesale banking products Cards Loans Mortgage commercial products
• Advanced SQL knowledge Prior experience on Oracle and Sybase is added advantage
• Should have knowledge on Data Warehouse Concepts ETL process
• Ability to understand explain domain concepts to Developers Testers
• Adept at queries report writing and presenting findings
