Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Engineer at Fintelius Engineering Pvt. Ltd. located in Ahmedabad. We are in process of hiring a candidate for Marketing, Estimation, Production & Quality departments.
Qualifications
For Marketing : Masters in Business Administration
- Understanding Product and its market segment, clients
- Carryout Company registration activities with End User, EPC, PMC.
- Generate and nurture leads across domestic and international markets for Air Cooled Heat Exchangers , Shell & Tube Exchangers , and Pressure Vessels
- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with Design / Estimation teams to deliver accurate proposals
- Prepare techno-commercial offers and follow up for project conversion
- Represent the company in trade shows, client visits
- Maintain CRM data, track enquiries, and build customer relationship plans
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align marketing messaging with product capabilities
- Develop marketing content like product presentations, case studies, and digital brochures
For Engineers : Mechanical Engineer

Estimation & Design :
B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experienceStrong command over thermal & mechanical design fundamentalsHands-on experience with estimation tools and engineering standardsProficiency in AutoCAD, PV Elite, SolidWorks, and MS ExcelStrong communication and client coordination skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines with multiple RFQsProduction :
Manage day-to-day production operations related to Air Cooled and Shell & Tube Heat ExchangersInterpret engineering drawings and coordinate with design, planning, and procurement teamsMonitor welding, assembly, and pressure testing activities; ensure compliance with ASME / TEMA standardsPlan shop floor layout, resource allocation, and manpower scheduling for efficient outputImplement and sustain productivity improvements via lean manufacturing principlesHandle vendor coordination for bought-out components and ensure on-time material flowOversee safety and preventive maintenance for shop equipment (rolling, bending, machining, welding)Quality Department :
Perform in-process and final inspections for fabrication, welding, assembly, and hydrotestingEnsure strict adherence to ASME, TEMA, and customer-specific requirementsReview engineering drawings, WPS, PQR, and welding logs for quality conformityPrepare and maintain QA documentation such as Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), DPRs, WPS records, and final dossiersCoordinate with TPI agencies and clients during stage inspections and final acceptanceMonitor and maintain calibration of inspection instrumentsLead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective / preventive action (CAPA) processes for non-conformitiesSupport internal and external audits and ISO quality system implementation
