Mechanical design engineer

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with 5-7 years of experience in the textile machinery manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and improving textile machinery components and systems. This role requires expertise in CAD software knowledge of mechanical principles and an ability to work on innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Create and modify mechanical designs for textile machinery including drafting detailed drawings and 3D models.

Develop innovative solutions to improve machine performance efficiency and reliability.

Ensure designs meet industry standards and client specifications.

Analyze existing textile machinery designs and suggest modifications for better performance.

Research and implement new materials components and manufacturing techniques.

Prepare design calculations bill of materials (BOM) and assembly drawings.

Maintain detailed records of design processes modifications and testing results.

Work closely with production quality control and R&D teams to implement designs.

Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for component selection and cost-effective solutions.

Conduct prototype testing analyze results and make necessary modifications.

Ensure all designs comply with safety durability and efficiency standards.
