About the Role :
We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to lead on-ground outreach and admissions in Deoli (Tonk). As a key member of our growth team, you’ll directly interact with parents, build trust in the community, and help families take the first step toward a brighter educational future.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct field visits to generate leads through door-to-door outreach, market visits, and school interactions.
- Drive footfall to the campus by promoting admissions in residential areas and public spaces.
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners) in target localities.
- Follow up on leads via calls and WhatsApp; maintain timely communication.
- Share daily and weekly reports with the central marketing and admissions team.
- Represent School at community events, fairs, and school activities.
What We’re Looking For :
Good communication skills in Hindi; English communication is a plus.Prior field sales or outreach experience (preferably in education, edtech, or FMCG).Ability to build rapport with parents and explain offerings confidently.Self-driven, reliable, and outcome-focused.Familiarity with local geography and willingness to travel within Deoli.Why AITS?
