We're hiring a Senior Sourcing Manager - Packaging
Location : Bangalore (Onsite)
Experience : 8-12 Years
Graduation : Mandatory
Compensation : - 15-18 LPA
Are you passionate about sustainability and ready to shape the future of packaging? We're looking for an experienced sourcing professional to lead procurement strategies for paper, biopolymers, and other raw materials within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and efficiency.
- Source paper and biopolymer materials, leveraging industry connections with mills, manufacturers, importers, and distributors.
- Negotiate and manage supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliability and responsiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support production and innovation needs.
- Monitor market trends and pricing to stay ahead in sourcing decisions.
- Ensure sustainability and ethical procurement practices align with business goals.
