• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management.
• Familiarity with hybrid identity environments (on-premises and cloud).
• Knowledge of AD security best practices and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified : Identity and Access Administrator Associate) are a plus.
