Job Title Description

This role will be part of the Business Intelligence COE, which is a global team that leverages technical expertise to enable Lilly to achieve our financial objectives. We support global Planning Forecasting and Reporting (PFR) to our executives, affiliates, hubs, regions, and corporate consolidations. Lilly has migrated to S4 / HANA and implemented SAP Analytics on Cloud (SAC) for financial planning transforming our current planning, forecasting, and reporting tools and technology to new cloud-based solutions.

This role requires a candidate who has knowledge in Microsoft Power Suite package, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents for building Chatbots. Additional good to have skill is knowledge of Sap analytics cloud and SAP platforms.

Key Objectives

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Suite package, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents for building Chatbots.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements, translating them into effective SharePoint solutions.
  • Developing custom solutions using Power Apps to enhance user experience and streamline business processes.
  • Maintain and support existing sites by responding to questions related to site administration, security, performance, and other technical issues.
  • Leading end-to-end implementation of SharePoint solutions, resulting in streamlined data processes, improved decision-making capabilities, and increased operational efficiency across functions.
  • Understanding and analyzing data, using various tools and techniques to provide insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint modelling, scripting, report, and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with data visualization or data conversion projects using tools like Power BI.
  • Expertise in Microsoft's Power Platform, including PowerApps and Microsoft Flow, to integrate SharePoint with other business applications.
  • Establishing rules for appropriate usage of SharePoint environments, managing routine operational tasks, and ensuring the system is used in accordance with its designed intent.
  • Understanding of Dataverse to provide self-service capabilities that allow users across the business to understand, transform, harmonize, and standardize data by providing a modernized, easy-to-use approach for end users.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience : Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Microsoft Power suites packages.
  • Technical Skills :

  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint, Power platforms, Power BI dashboard building.
  • Familiarity with financial planning processes and concepts.
  • Knowledge of SAP and reporting tools.
  • Analytical Skills :

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective planning solutions.
  • Communication :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management :

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality solutions.

  • Position is located at Lilly Capability Center (LCCI), Bengaluru.
  • Work outside of core hours will be required during high volume periods.
  • Travel 0-10 PERCENT .
