Location : - Bonanza Portfolio(IFSC) Private Limited. Unit 242 Signature, 2nd Floor, Block 138, Zone 1 GIFT SEZ. Gandhinagar Gujrat 382355. Compliance Officer for Broking, Global Access Market, Distribution & Insurance in GIFT City, Gandhinagar.

This is a full-time, on-site role.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance Officer to manage regulatory and operational compliance for our Broking, Global Access Market, Distribution, and Insurance verticals in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital markets or financial services, regulatory compliance, and a deep understanding of IFSCA guidelines and AML / CFT protocols. This is a strategic role that involves oversight of compliance, client operations, regulatory reporting, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure strict adherence to IFSCA regulations, AML / CFT procedures, and other applicable laws.
• Manage and lead client onboarding, operations, and risk management practices.
• Monitor, review, and report regulatory compliance across all business units including SEZ, IFSCA, and Stock Exchanges.
• Prepare and maintain policies, SOPs, internal notes, and compliance documentation.
• Act as a key liaison with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of reports and filings.
• Drive business development and distribution network expansion by ensuring compliant growth strategies.
• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective actions as required.
• Stay updated on evolving regulatory frameworks, and provide proactive guidance to business Postgraduate or professional degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in capital markets, broking, distribution, or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks, especially under IFSCA, SEZ laws, and Indian financial regulations.
• Proven leadership in compliance management, policy development, and regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Prior experience in GIFT City operations will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced financial environment.
• Strong ethical standards and a proactive approach to compliance.
