Review project drawings, specifications, and schedules to plan construction activities efficiently. Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress, resource utilization, and budget compliance, taking corrective actions as needed. Lead site meetings and provide regular progress reports to management and clients. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards, and safety norms on-site. Identify and resolve potential issues proactively to avoid project delays or cost overruns. Supervise material procurement and inventory management at the site. Mentor and guide project engineers, supervisors, and site staff.
