Qualification & Experience : Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering with 8-15 years’ experience.

Key Competencies & Responsibilities :
Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in the complete P2P lifecycle, including requisition, purchase order creation, vendor negotiation, order tracking, goods receipt, invoice processing, and payment.
Strong command over Material Requirements Planning (MRP) , including planning, execution, and optimization. Proficient in analyzing and responding to MRP exceptions such as Push, Pull, and Cancel recommendations.
Capable of evaluating and ensuring CTB status by aligning material availability with production schedules, identifying shortages, and enabling timely escalation / resolution.
In-depth understanding of EMS operations and supply chain dynamics, including high-mix, low-volume and high-volume manufacturing models.
Proven experience in leading procurement teams, driving performance, mentoring staff, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Extensive exposure to managing and developing a robust network of global suppliers, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality compliance, and delivery performance.
Skilled in identifying supply chain risks and implementing proactive strategies for risk avoidance, supplier diversification, and continuity planning.
Effective communication with internal stakeholders and external customers for demand alignment, issue resolution, and collaborative planning.
