Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • End-to-end recruitment for BPO / Voice / Non-voice process roles.
  • Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews.
  • Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and following up on feedback.
  • Maintaining candidate database and preparing daily / weekly reports.
  • Ensuring timely closures of open positions with quality profiles.
  • Conducting joining formalities and coordinating onboarding activities.

Desired Skills :

  • Strong knowledge of BPO / non-IT hiring processes.
  • IT hiring will be a plus.
  • Proficiency in using job portals (e. , Naukri, Linkedin).
  • Good understanding of bulk hiring and walk-in drives.
  • Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
