Position Associate Manager Engagements (PCM)

Role

This individual will report into the Paid Media team.

This position will work as part of a cross functional team made up of marketing, analytics, CRO, web and technology teams.

The individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning and implementing online / digital marketing strategies for our key clients.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, lead a team of analysts to develop and execute the online marketing strategy for our clients, spanning across Search Engine Marketing, Display Marketing, Remarketing and Facebook Marketing.
• Analyze campaigns, identify trends and provide fast, accurate reports, optimizing campaigns to produce the best return on investment.
• Familiarity with storyboarding, visualization and wireframing deliverables.
• Advanced knowledge of testing and optimization techniques.
• Conduct in depth data analysis to identify trends and insights.
• Knowledge of Web Analytics, Tagging and other digital marketing tools.
• Project management and team leadership.
• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage a team Manage & build strong team with best-in-class online marketing competencies, skills & experience sets.
• Advanced project management skills to manage deliverables in terms of timelines, expectations and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Comfortable at breaking down requests from clients into deliverables for the team and to wireframe complex asks to improve TATs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Good Perception, Stakeholder and Crisis Management skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Desired Skills

Overall, 4-7 years of work experience and 3-4 years of relevant experience.

Previous experience working for digital marketing agencies or consulting outfits in a similar position would be a strong advantage.

Hands on knowledge of campaign management tool like Google Ads, SA360, Meta Business Manager, DSPs or similar paid media platforms.
