- Cross-Sell & Optimize : Maximize account revenue by cross-selling Troopr.ai products and services.
- Relationship Management : Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term strategic partnerships.
- Data-Driven Prospecting : Use insights to enhance retention and improve conversion rates.
- Strategic Planning : Develop and execute quarterly territory plans to grow market share.
- Complex Sales Cycles : Lead multi-month, value-centric sales cycles, managing proof of concept stages.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain a robust pipeline and accurate sales forecasts to exceed revenue goals.
- Executive Engagement : Build and maintain C-level relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborative Execution : Work with internal teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Negotiation & Closing : Close complex deals using a consultative approach and strong negotiation skills.
