Educational qualification : Any graduate or diploma with relevant work experience Work experience : Around 3 years to 10 years of relevant work experience in Retail Sales / Channel Sales with building material products Key skills require : Building Material / hardware products industry knowledge, Retail Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Management, Business Development, Marketing Lead Management, Customer Relationship Job profiles : Managing Wholesalers / Distributors in the assign areas / city Complete assessment of new dealers for suitability to associate for long term business on every aspect i.e., Financial Capabilities, sales staff strength, Market reach, Type of clients, Infrastructure, etc. Responsible for acquiring business and achieving Sales Target (Lead Generation, Lead nurturing, Opportunity conversion and After Sales Support) To assist dealers and wholesaler in conversion of leads to business Promotion of products and building awareness amongst Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Carpenters, and Real Estate Developers through various activities (like Lead Generation, Lead nurturing, making product presentations, opportunity conversions, after sales support, conducting Carpenter meets, active participation in Exhibitions) Regularly conduct effective product presentations using the sample kit to ensure visibility of product and highlight product USP MIS & reporting Maintain data bank of Prospective Dealers, existing Potential Dealers, Carpenters, Contractors, Architects, Interior Designers and to use this databank in organising any promotional events like, carpenter meet, exhibitions, etc. Develop understanding of markets, existing dealer network, market strategy of competitors, customer buying patterns, new products introduced in the industry and provide weekly feedback to Management CTC : Rs 5.0 lpa to Rs 7.0 lpa + Incentive + TA & DA + Bonus
