Overall Experience : 4-5+ yrs
Roles and Responsibilities : SharePoint Admin with Good Oral and Written communication skills.
Role Description :
Installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading and managing SharePoint Farms.
Configuring service applications like Search, Metadata, UserProfile, Metadata etc.
Administration of the entire farm like managing the accounts running the farms, starting stopping jobs, schedulers etc.
Governance of the Farm like keeping updated logs, managing administrators, moving sites.
Service requests like configuring Reporting Services, PowerShell remoting.
Troubleshooting L1, L2 and L3 user and farm issues.
Assignment of proper permission levels for all users of the site as well as site admins.
Automation of administrative tasks using PowerShell Scripts.
Deploying Solutions and Application releases including migration of projects.
Knowledge & implementation of tools like Dynatrace, SPDockit, Docave etc.
Managing tickets and maintaining SLAs.
Working with Third party Vendors like Acceleration, Dynatrace, Avepoint for integration.
Knowledge of Migration from one version to another version of SharePoint.
Knowledge of using 3rd Party Migration Tools : Quest, ShareGate etc.
Must to Have Skills :
SharePoint Admin with Good Oral and Written communication skills.
