What You’ll Be Doing
Lead Data & Quality
Help evaluate and improve lead lists across multiple vendors.Automate lead routing, de-duplication, and enrichment in our CRMs (Bitrix24, GoHighLevel, HubSpot).Contribute to developing simple lead-scoring ideas and tagging strategies.Support suppression of DNC / opt-outs via our DNC.com integration.Compliance Support
Assist in ensuring our calling practices follow TCPA, CCPA, and DNC guidelines.Help monitor caller ID health and STIR / SHAKEN setup via Twilio.Aid in maintaining call-recording rules and consent logs by region.Learn to set up smart dialing limits based on local regulations.Telephony & Infrastructure
Work alongside our Ops team to tune dialer settings (in ViCIDial, Twilio, Textgrid).Monitor basic metrics like answer rate, abandonment, and call-quality flags.Rotate local caller IDs to improve connect rates—and we’ll show you how!Outreach Strategy Execution
Help build and refine multi-touch voice / SMS cadences in GoHighLevel and Textgrid.Use CRM data to suggest timing tweaks for follow-up calls or messages.Draft short, personalized voicemail drops for automation.What We’re Looking For
Experience : 1–3 years in a leads or dialer ops role, telemarketing support, or CRM management.Curiosity : Eager to learn new platforms and processes—we’ll train you on the rest.Attention to Detail : Comfortable spot-checking data quality and documenting simple workflows.Team Player : Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across departments.Nice to Have (but not required) :
