What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities) :
Lead the technical design, development, and optimization of ultra-low latency trading systems and real-time infrastructure using modern C++.Drive architectural decisions and ensure the scalability, robustness, and performance of critical system components.Guide and mentor a small to mid-sized team of highly skilled engineers, fostering their technical growth and ensuring project delivery.Collaborate extensively with global engineering teams, product managers, traders, and quants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.Conduct deep dives into system performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing highly optimized solutions.Ensure best practices in software development, code quality, testing, and deployment processes.What We're Looking For (Requirements) :
8+ years of extensive experience in software development with modern C++ (C++11 / 14 / 17 / 20), specifically on Linux platforms.Deep expertise in multithreading, concurrent programming, networking protocols (TCP / IP, UDP), and advanced performance tuning techniques for low-latency systems.Prior experience in low-latency trading systems or real-time infrastructure development is highly preferred.Demonstrated leadership ability and experience guiding small to mid-sized engineering teams, including technical mentoring, task delegation, and code review.Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to coordinate effectively with global stakeholders across different time zones.A strong passion for technology, problem-solving, and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.ref : hirist.tech)
