Job Title : MSD CRM Developer

Job Location : Bangalore, Pune, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai(All metro cities)

Position : B2 / B3 / C1 (For C1 level, experience in Customer Service Module is mandatory)

Experience : 4+ years

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced MSD CRM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE / MS Dynamics CRM, including designing and building end-to-end solutions using the Power Platform suite. This position requires a hands-on approach in both leading developers and performing technical tasks when necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
  • Work on MS Dynamics 365 platform, including Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, Actions, and Custom Workflow Assemblies.
  • Develop solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Power Pages, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).
  • Implement and integrate external systems using web services and other integration methods.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, particularly in complex tasks or when detailed technical expertise is required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to break down complex business goals into technical outcomes.
  • Define reusable patterns and work collaboratively with the architecture forum to ensure cohesive architectural design.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining Dataverse environments and ensure proper utilization of connectors, Power Automate, and other related tools.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • More than 4 years of experience with Dynamics CE / MS Dynamics CRM development and integration.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Power Pages, PCF).
  • Proficiency in .NET and JavaScript for development and customizations.
  • Experience in Customer Service Module is mandatory for C1 level.
  • Strong experience in building and deploying solutions in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Experience in designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining Plugins, Workflows, Business Process Flows, Business Rules, and Custom Workflow Assemblies.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients to translate business goals into technical deliverables.
  • Ability to collaborate and work with architecture teams to standardize and reuse architectural patterns.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
