Key Responsibilities :
1. Coroprate Brand Identity, Awareness and Positioning :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase Anex Advisory market share within target
segments.
Manage Social media platforms and content calendar along with creative and analytic output.Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketingchannels.
Analyse brand performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize reach and impact.2. Project Campaigns, Strategy Implementation and Monitoring :
Implement lead generation campaigns across digital and offline channels to drive customeracquisition.
Optimize lead nurturing processes to maximize conversion rates and improve sales funnel efficiency.Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for different customersegments.
3. Third Party Engagement - Vendors, Clients and Freelancers :
Monitor and manage the projects portfolio to ensure it meets developer's needs and sales targets forboth online and offline businesses.
Analyse industry trends, consumer behaviour, market conditions, and competitors to identifyopportunities and threats.
Oversee the development of engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media,email, and website.
4. Public Relations and Communication :
Develop and manage public relations strategies to enhance the brand's reputation and visibility.Oversee communication initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and corporatecommunications.
Liase with Industry bodies for the brand & thought leadership at industry events, conferences, andmedia engagements.
Knowledge and Experience Required :
12 - 15 years of experience in real estate brand management, marketing, or a related field, with aproven track record of developing and executing successful marketing and brand strategies.
Strong understanding of consumer insights, Lead Generation and Quantity Lead Management.Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.ref : iimjobs.com)
