Key Responsibilities :
- eeply understand product ecosystem user types and business operations across use cases
- Translate functional requirements and business logic into robust intuitive and error-proof UX flows
- Design user journeys that cater to multiple client types and adapt across verticals roles and data volumes
- Work closely with product leads developers and QA to ensure accurate UX implementation
- Build task-driven wireframes flowcharts and prototypes that convey logic navigation and intent clearly
- Continuously refine UX based on internal feedback usage data and edge case handling
- Ensure a seamless experience across modules by anticipating user motives friction points and task paths
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements :
3 years of experience in UX Design preferably in SaaS or complex B2B platformsStrong understanding of user psychology workflow design and system usabilityDemonstrated ability to map user journeys across different personas and use casesExperience designing for logic-heavy operations-focused digital productsExcellent grasp of wireframing tools (Figma Whimsical Miro etc.) and UX documentationStrong communication and collaboration skills to align product vision with practical flowsGood to Have :
Exposure to designing for admin panels reporting dashboards or multi-role SaaS systemsFamiliarity with off-the-shelf design systems and working alongside UI developersUnderstanding of basic frontend constraints to design with feasibility in mindExperience working in cross-functional agile teams with developers and PMsBenefits
