Key Responsibilities :

• Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to define the documentation needs for Datafoundry products and manage the documentation project / s
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to create meaningful documentation of technical content for different audience types
• Contribute to the usability / user experience of Datafoundry products by working closely with UI / UX designers and Business Analysts
• Ensure adherence to technical and business documentation standards by authors
• Perform technical editing of key documents authored by engineers and business analysts
• Support the Quality Management function from a documentation perspective
• Support the Product Marketing and Sales teams in creating compelling content for marketing purposes and Pre-sales
• Contribution to Knowledge Management activities
• Engage with customers as needed Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Three or more years of technical writing experience for Enterprise SaaS products
• Experience / exposure to API documentation, User Manuals / Online Help
• Experience / exposure to Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS etc.) and AI / ML
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Demonstrated ability to write clean and clear technical content for complex software products for technical audiences.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization
• A good understanding of Agile SDLC approaches
• Proficiency in standard software used for technical communication
