We are a fast-growing online business education platform expanding across Asian markets. Our agile, remote-first team is looking for an experienced Senior Facebook Ads Manager to lead our paid advertising strategy and execution with full autonomy.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on performance, data, and control over end-to-end campaign ownership.

What We Offer

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize high-performance Facebook Ads campaigns (including Meta Ads, Instagram, Messenger)

Localize campaigns for Asian markets with a data-driven approach

Conduct A / B testing and continuously improve conversion rates

Work closely with content, product, and sales teams to align advertising goals

Provide regular reporting and performance insights to leadership

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns

Proven success managing $100,000+ in monthly ad spend

Proficient with Facebook Pixel, Events, Conversion API, and Business Manager

Strong performance-driven mindset and analytical skills

Experience in Asian markets and remote work environments is a plus

Excellent communication, proactivity, and a high level of ownership
