Job description

We are seeking experienced SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) Consultants to join our enterprise application team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM modules such as PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), Time Management, Payroll, and ESS / MSS.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and functional leads to design and deliver effective solutions that support HR processes in a dynamic and large-scale SAP landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Configure and support SAP HCM modules : Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, Payroll (India and / or international), ESS / MSS, and Benefits.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and system designs.
  • Participate in full-cycle SAP HCM implementations including Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing, Go-live, and Support.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM-related incidents and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with ABAP developers for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
  • Work on integration scenarios with SAP and non-SAP systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, third-party payroll).
  • Support end users and conduct training and documentation sessions.

Required Skills :

  • 412 years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM module configuration and support.
  • Strong knowledge in PA, OM, Time Management, and Payroll (schema, rules, PCRs).
  • Familiarity with ESS / MSS configuration, Leave Management, and Work Schedules.
  • Ability to understand and debug payroll schemas and time evaluation processes.
  • Experience working with HR Reporting and SAP Query / Ad-hoc Query.
  • Strong understanding of HR Master Data and Infotypes.

    • Good to Have :

  • Exposure to SAP Fiori apps for HCM or HR Renewal.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP for functional troubleshooting.
  • SAP Certification in HCM is a plus.

    • Education : Bachelors degree in HR, Information Technology, or related field.
