Job Overview :

We are currently seeking proactive and dedicated Article Assistants who have successfully cleared both groups of the CA Intermediate exam. This remote articleship position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals on varied engagements in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial advisory.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting in the preparation and finalization of financial statements and audit reports.
• Supporting seniors in statutory, internal audits, and tax audits.
• Engaging actively in direct and indirect tax compliance and advisory.
• Preparing and filing Income Tax Returns, GST returns, and various regulatory compliance forms.
• Researching and summarizing relevant accounting and tax-related regulations and standards.
• Collaborating closely with the team for delivering timely and high-quality client deliverables.
• Participating in virtual client meetings and maintaining professional client relationships.
