• Manage a team of data scientist & data engineers
• Competency development developing people through coaching and mentoring
• Successfully manage end to end delivery of data analytics projects including from building the data engineering architecture, identifying right data, decide suitable technology and build analytics solutions.
• Should be able to mentor team and be hands-on in data technologies
• Conceive, plan and prioritize data projects
• Delegating tasks to Junior Data Engineers / Scientists in order to realize the successful completion of projects.
• Monitoring the performance of Junior Data Engineers and providing them with practical guidance, as needed.
• Keep up with current trends and build competency in team with PoCs / Products
• Lead discussions with business stakeholders
• Align data projects with organizational goals
