We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Scientist to join our cutting-edge SaaS product team focused on the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from complex industrial datasets, building robust machine learning models, and implementing AI-driven solutions to improve process efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and integration of AI and machine learning models into our in-house SaaS product to optimize foundry operations.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to identify key business objectives and data-driven opportunities and solve business problems using AI, Machine Learning and / or Reinforcement Learning
• Provide leadership and mentorship to data analysts, fostering their professional development and growth
• Promote and maintain engineering best practices through thorough code reviews, automated testing, and continuous monitoring
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to recommend best practices and methodologies.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations, reports, and presentations.
