Senior Manager - Marketing & Communication Summary :
Evolute Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager - Marketing and Communication to lead our marketing efforts.
Based in Kandivali, India, this role is crucial for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and effectively communicate our value proposition to a B2B audience in the industrial automation sector.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on digital strategies, content creation, and corporate communications.
Key Marketing & Planning :
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Contribute to defining the annual marketing plan and budget.
Brand Management & Positioning :
Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all channels and communication materials.Enhance brand awareness and thought leadership within the industrial automation and technology sectors.Content Strategy & Creation :
Oversee the creation of high-quality, technical B2B content, including whitepapers, case studies, technical articles, blog posts, press releases, website copy, presentations, and video scripts.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate complex technical information into compelling marketing narratives.Digital Marketing & Lead Generation :
Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including website (SEO, SEM), social media (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), email marketing campaigns, and online advertising.Implement lead generation and nurturing strategies to drive qualified leads for the sales team.Analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.Public Relations & Corporate Communications :
Manage media relations, drafting press releases, and coordinating interviews.Develop internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across the organization.Handle crisis communication as needed.Event Management :
Plan, organize, and execute participation in industry trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and company-hosted events.Manage logistics, promotional activities, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.Sales Enablement :
Develop effective sales tools and collateral, including brochures, presentations, product sheets, and training materials, to support the sales team.Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand their needs and provide relevant marketing support.Performance Tracking & Reporting :
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns and activities.Use data to optimize future marketing efforts and demonstrate Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.4 to 5 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing and communication roles, with a strong preference for experience within the industrial automation, robotics, electronics manufacturing, or high-tech engineering sectors.Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing) and analytics tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.Experience with CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Creative thinking balanced with a data-driven approach.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
