Role Overview

As the Financial Controller, you will work directly with the CEO to manage financial operations for both our UK companies and international ventures. This role is not for the ordinary—it’s for someone who brings positivity, high energy, integrity, and a meticulous eye for detail, and who thrives on contributing to multiple businesses across different industries and geographies.

You will oversee financial compliance, provide strategic insights, and collaborate with teams across the UK and India, ensuring the financial health of our operations while driving innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management :

• Oversee and prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow) for UK and international operations.
• Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and international financial regulations.
• Manage UK payroll, VAT, and tax filings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
