Role and Responsibilities :
- Exposure of Leading team.
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating various contracts such as vendor agreements, service contracts, loan agreements and client agreements.
- Developing and implementing company policies related to risk management, ethics, compliance, code of conduct and other regulatory requirements.
- Managing legal disputes, including lawsuits, arbitration and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborating with external counsel when necessary and devising strategies to mitigate legal risks.
- Issuing legal notices for debt recovery, breach of contract or other legal obligations.
- Coordinating with relevant departments to enforce legal actions for debt recovery.
- Assisting HR in matters relating to employee onboarding, offboarding, performance management and compliance.
- Advising on banking regulations, compliance requirements, financial transactions and regulatory changes affecting the banking sectors.
- Handling legal issues related to banking operations and financial services.
- Conducting due diligence, drafting agreements and ensuring legal compliance throughout the transaction process.
