Sr Structural Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer with 8–18 years of expertise in the design and detailing of structures for major infrastructure projects including highways, metros, railways, and tunnels . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with structural elements such as viaducts, bridges, ROBs, RUBs, station buildings , and cut-and-cover tunnels , and a strong understanding of design codes and specifications for both elevated and underground systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed structural design and analysis for highway structures , including overpasses, underpasses, flyovers, viaducts, and pavement design .
• Deliver design documentation for metro rail projects , covering both elevated and underground metro systems , including viaducts, station buildings, and cut-and-cover sections.
• Lead the detailed engineering of railway infrastructure such as track bridges, ROBs (Road Over Bridges), RUBs (Road Under Bridges), and associated station structures.
• Review and validate design drawings, specifications, and calculations in accordance with relevant codes and project requirements.
• Ensure technical coordination across multidisciplinary teams (geotechnical, architectural, MEP, etc.).
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and quality audits.
• Prepare and review technical specifications, BOQs, and reports.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and coordinate with site teams as needed.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards throughout the design lifecycle.
