Position : Business Development Manager - Channel Sales

Location : Gurgaon

Role Overview :

  • We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (Channel Sales) to drive partner acquisition and revenue growth. You'll be responsible for onboarding and nurturing relationships with universities, educational consultants, and other key channel partners.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, onboard, and manage a network of channel partners in assigned regions.
  • Drive partner-led sales growth by developing tailored engagement and enablement programs.
  • Conduct regular training sessions, performance reviews, and collaborative business planning with partners.
  • Define revenue goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Support) to equip partners with tools and resources.
  • Negotiate and finalize commercial terms, pricing structures, and partnership agreements.
  • Analyze market dynamics, competitor strategies, and EdTech trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Maintain a detailed CRM pipeline and share regular performance reports with leadership.
  • Candidate Profile :

  • 2-6 years of experience in sales (B2B / B2C); EdTech or SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record in channel sales or reseller / affiliate partner management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable with on-field travel for regional partner engagement.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
