Join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless launches and robust manufacturing processes aligned with global standards.

Lead and manage all manufacturing engineering (BIW & Paint) functions for new model launches and steady-state production.

Liaise with our UK teams and Indian plant to address product, process, and facility issues.

Deliver Launch Master Schedule, Gateway Readiness, and launch documents (FMEA, Control Plans, SOPs).

Drive change management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities.

Ensure adherence to our standards, drive audit compliance, and RCA / PCA closures.

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering (MBA preferred).

10–14 years of experience in car manufacturing, with at least 3–5 years in project / launch management.

Expertise in tooling, fixtures, facility readiness, and cross-functional coordination.

Strong command of quality tools, problem-solving, and analytical techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of Tamil is a plus.
