Urbanrise is a pioneer in creating landmark residential developments across India's high-growth corridors. With 12M+ sq. ft. under development and aggressive expansion plans with a portfolio of approx INR.51,000 crores of inventory.

We seek launch experts to drive our next wave of project debuts.

Job Purpose

To lead end-to-end sales launches for new Urbanrise residential projects across operating cities, achieving aggressive absorption targets while establishing market dominance.

Key Responsibilities

Launch Strategy & Execution

  • Lead pre-launch to post-launch sales for 3-5 new projects annually
  • Develop city-specific go-to-market plans (pricing, promotions, channel strategy)
  • Achieve minimum 85% unit absorption within 120 days of launch

Sales Team Mobilization

  • Recruit, train, and manage hyperlocal sales teams for each project
  • Implement launch command centers with real-time performance tracking
  • Pan-India Project Deployment
  • Rapidly deploy to new project locations (4-6 cities / year)
  • Adapt strategies to local market dynamics (Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, etc.)
  • Stakeholder Coordination

  • Align with Marketing, Project, Legal, and Finance teams
  • Present weekly launch performance reports to senior leadership
  • Process Innovation

  • Develop standardized launch playbooks and crisis management protocols
  • Optimize CRM utilization for maximum lead conversion
  • Qualifications & 10-15 years in residential real estate sales

  • Proven track record of launching minimum of 5+ projects (>- 500 Cr value each)
  • Experience managing simultaneous launches across multiple cities
  • Expertise in pre-launch sales cycles and investor mobilization.
