What you’ll do Own delivery : Plan, track and drive multiple web-product projects from scope to launch—on time, on budget, on quality. Lead Agile rituals : Run sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives and release reviews; fine-tune process to keep teams shipping smoothly. Coordinate cross-functional teams : Align engineering, design, data science and business stakeholders; clear blockers and manage dependencies. Report & communicate : Provide crisp status updates, surface risks early and keep leadership and clients in the loop. Mitigate risk & ensure compliance : Maintain robust plans, contingencies and adherence to data-privacy and financial-sector regulations. Drive continuous improvement : Analyse delivery metrics, introduce best practices and foster a culture of accountability. Flex for deadlines : When critical launches approach, be prepared for additional evening or weekend hours to get the job done.

What we’re looking for 3–5 years of project-management experience delivering web or SaaS products. Solid command of Agile / Scrum or Kanban frameworks; adept with Jira, Shortcut, Asana or similar. Working knowledge of modern web stacks comfortable discussing APIs, CI / CD and cloud basics. Sharp organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills; laser-focused on outcomes. Clear, proactive communicator able to manage stakeholders across functions and time zones. Bonus : exposure to capital-markets workflows or reg-tech; PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM certification. Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related field.
